This role is pivotal in maintaining and maximizing the membership base. You will be responsible for building solid relationships with members and prospects, and selling association services such as memberships, webinars, and conferences. This includes answering incoming calls and emails and making warm outbound calls to existing members to promote upcoming events and services.
