Our client in the Jewelry Retail industry is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to add to their team in Memphis, TN. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in handling customer transactions. To be considered for this role, you must have the ability to multi-task in a sometimes very fast-paced environment. While you will be expected to work up to 40 hours per week typically, you may be expected to work 40-45 hours per week during the busy season in December.
